Sit with Santi, the winemaker, on the vineyard and taste the wines he's crafted. He'll tell you what's in your glass and what it took to get it there. In plain language. No posturing, no performance. Just honest conversation about wine.

The setting

Our vineyard
in Feldbach

As it should be, the wine will be drunk between the vines that produced the grapes, closing the circle. An evening with good company, good wine, and the sun setting over the Zürichsee.

The bridge. This fruit-loaded rosé will open our palates and joyfully settle down before going into the red. Who thought a rosé could be so serious and fruity at the same time?

This wine represents the future of the entire BMR project. Still in the barrique. We will taste a sample taken straight from it. Literally no one outside the cellar has tried this. It doesn't get more exclusive.

This is an evolving wine. No label, no marketing, no long ageing. Just pure winemaking, sitting in a vineyard, with the creator. This does not happen often.
